Logo design

This is my first attempt do design a logo for Sapphire Bits.

Using Ubuntu 10.4, I tried Inkscape. It has good documentation and I managed to do a very rough draft of a simple logo.

It has some shadows and transparencies. I'll keep playing with it as time allows it.
